Difficult to find. No clear sign posts. Had no great expectations of the visit. Went while researching family history in nearby areas. Fascinating history and it's a shame it's not better known of as it was such an important place during the war.
Lovely walk around a nice quite wood...plenty of wildlife.

Lots of trails to explore. Museum is only open occasionally. The oil man is a copy due to attempted theft the original is in the grounds of Rufford Park. Nodding donkeys spread through the woods
