Visit most mornings. Great location . Good facilities including a pool.
Front of house staff are very friendly and pleasant. Facilities are OK - pool and showers are often cold and pool is closed off in part or wholly during parts of the day so if you work and can only come at certain times you may not be able to swim. But - don't be conned into a membership thinking they will understand if your circumstances change a year or more down the line (they tell you they will be flexible but when it comes down to it they won't). Lies and misinformation are used to keep you paying as much as possible for as long as possible.
Excellent facilities. Staff are great. Nice size swimming pool.
Good value gym with pool and lots of regular classes and friendly staff. Decor is basic and it's used by people of all ages and fitness levels. Just don't expect spa treatments and smoothies on tap.
