Friendly & welcoming gym, competitively priced, with equipment over two floors. Good range of Cardio equipment, free weights and very useful mix of resistance training equipment. Easily accessible from Newark Northgate Station or just a short walk from the Town Centre. Personal Training can be booked & all seem very approachable.

Cracking gym!! ive been going there years, ive tried other gyms but just not the same atmosphere as the arena, good all rounder to be fair and fair prices! you cant beat it! :)
