The nicest gym I ever seen. Sadly I move out from Newark. The owner is very helpful and can answer any questions.

Absolutely great gym. no frills. no posing. no fuss. Just friendly people all wanting to get a bit fitter and stronger. No judgement and very welcoming to all abilities from the new starter that might need to take a breather to the uber-fit that can flip tyres, jump boxes and lift heavy. Definitely recommended.
Superb gym facility that has possibly the largest under cover circuit workout area in Newark. Sports focused supporting local rugby and football teams. Has a real community feel and a wide variety of classes to suit everyone. No contracts, and PAYG options. 30 for monthly membership gets you everything you could possibly need - no hidden fees or extras to pay. A great gym environment
