Very disappointed, been to the Ram loads and always enjoyed it but last night there was very loud music on and it completely ruined our visit. We downed our drinks quickly and left

Not met many staff, but if they're all like Paulina your on a winner. OUR food was great. Best fish & fish fingers I've tasted. Comfortable seats, posh clean toilets. With a bit of work, this could be the place to be.
We stayed here for around an hour sitting on comfy sofas. I was part of a group of 5 ladies. It is the sort of place that ladies of an older age could enter on their own without feeling awkward. We only ordered coffees and snacks. Didn't like the idea of serving peanuts in bowls. We left quite a few and wondered what they did with them.We also had 3 packets of crisps..we opened two. Not your ordinary salted or salt and vinegar here. These were flavours I hadn't seen before. Very tasty. However we had to exchange one of the packets of crisps because the best before date had expired. The staff member we told said that it was a sell by date not a use before date...however she did exchange them. If they had been at a reduced price we wouldn't have minded but they weren't.Nice place...perhaps if we come to Newark again we may try the food here..but maybe not...in case the cooked meals have a best before date that has expired too!
