I have used the company a handful of times and I could not be happier with their customer service and knowledge. Staff are really friendly and will phone around on any minor queries you have from your destination. I even got some advice on places to visit along my route. They are flexible with payment dates and send texts upon receiving any documents for you (and post them immediately if you can't collect them). Happy to recommend and use again!
Unfortunately not been a positive experience. Two days before we're due to go on holiday, we get a call to say our hotel is closed due to a bug and we can only have one other hotel. Up a hill. Hardly suitable for disabled and wheelchair user! Further checks though show hotel is open and full and Jet2 know nothing about it. Won't be using this company again
