Brilliant trip will do it again one day xx
It was a lovely experience to ride on the Sonning today. Kept shaded on board as very hot outside. Price was good value for the 1 and a half hour trip. Views of river and wildlife fabulous. Ice creams and snacks were enjoyed by all. Male and Female toilet available. Thanks to the staff, a lovely ride on a well cared for boat.
It was a lovely sunny day on our visit, we sat in the castle grounds soaking up the view.
Pleasant enough trip on The Trent, though scenery near Newark is flat and fairly mundane.
Lovely relaxing river boat trip along the River Trent, 10 per adult and 4 per child, refreshingly cheap on board drinks and ice creams.
