Terrible customer service, no one communicates with head office and allIn all a shambles for a new handset and a new customer, trying to join o2. I have cancelled my contract and will go somewhere more reliable elsewhere!

Went in to upgrade my phone, I had booked a guru appt beforehand & I went in chose my phone & guru set it up. All the staff were young, knowledgeable, friendly & courteous.
I have just been into the 02 Store in Newark on Trent. I asked a so called member of your staff for information. I wanted to cancel a phone insurance on one of my 5 contracts. I was told she can't help and ring 202. I then proceeded to ring 202 as instructed, as was told not to use hands free and to call from outside as the signal is rubbish !!. I stood by the doorway and was told to move further away, do I said to the lady how do I cancel my contracts she said they will deal with that as well and walked off !! If this is how you treat your customers no wonder the store is empty and the staff are sitting down doing nothing but chatting !! Down right Rude and Stinking Attitude ! Lady well built with bleach blonde hair, about as useful as a Condom with a hole in it !!
