Very helpful and knowledgeable staff
Helpful and happy staff who genuinely seem engaged and want to work there. They know there stuff and will advise without trying to get you to buy stuff you don't need or want.
This is possibly the best Game store. Always friendly and helpful. Was looking for WiiU games but they weren't displaying them. One of the staff said they had them out the back, she then went and took photos of them and we were able to pick from the pictures she took. Excellent service every time.
Fairly small shop with a range of games for each major consoles. There are new and pre-owned games. Often there are some good deals on pre-owned games like multi buy options. The shop sells a small selection of merchandise and tops, you can get some quirky bits if you look there. Staff are pretty knowledgeable on games and more. Staff are always friendly.
GAME Newark is by far my favourite branch in the local area. The staff are always very friendly & the store is well maintained. There may not be quite the range of products on display that there is in bigger stores, but I'd choose a smaller branch with excellent customer service over larger shops any day of the week.
