Called last night because our master bathroom has been having drainage issues and clogging for months now. They were able to get here today (less than 24 hours after I called) and fix the issue in a very prompt and professional way. Our technician (Toni Kemp) was incredible!
I had the best experience with Ryan who came out on Christmas Eve. I had called that morning for an emergency appointment (nail through my main drain line) after being unable to reach several other companies due to the holiday. I was so relieved to hear a voice answer my call with an available appointment time and most importantly The assurance of no emergency fees for coming out same day. Ryan was very personable and felt more like a friend than a stranger. He talked us through his assessment and did a great job patching the leak. Ryan restored my sanity as I was preparing to host a Christmas celebration the next day. I recommend Rooter to anyone in need of fast, quality service.
Called late last night to request service. They were unable to come out last night but were able to come today. They waived the dispatch charge. Although they were a little late, the technician that came out, Toni Kemp, was very professional and cleared the clog quickly and left no mess behind. I am extremely satisfied with this company and the technician that responded and would highly recommend them for anyone that has the need of a plumber. They also gave me military discount which was not expected and made the process more affordable.
Zach was awesome and was very professional. Thank you for the quality and different plans prior to the installation.
