Have to wait 30 mins to 1 hour to get through on phone. Appointments are weeks in advance. Time with dentist on check up is about 1 minute, no polish as part of check up, fillings fails and have to be redone.Not recommended, had enough and changed dentist practice.
After being a being a patient for over 25 years, tried to get an emergency appt and was informed that because it was a few days over 2 years since I last had attended I could no longer be seen by them. They were no longer taking NEW patients. I suppose it does take a lot of work to look after my last two teeth !!
I have attended mydentist for all recent check-ups & treatment since my motorcycle accident in 2016 (which took my front tooth).As the case is coming to an end with my solicitors, I was arranged (by my solicitors) to go to a consultation.Once at the consultation, I was instructed that treatment would start right away. I went in for a following check up, & instead, had my gum cut open & the root taken out. Prior to this, there was no instruction from my solicitors to the dentist for this.I was then asked to pay 200 for this. I did not ask for this, & feel like I was completely pressured into this without really having a say. One lady in particular on reception much-resembles Hitler & just should not be working in customer service.I have since received call after call telling me to either pay or debt collectors will handle it. I have not avoided this, but have instead referred them to my solicitors who are dealing with my claim.The dictator on the reception desk refuses to contact my solicitor & instead just leaves more messages. I do not have the 200 spare to pay, & the whole experience has been appalling. I was expecting to spend at least 5000 in treatment at mydentist & now, will not be using them at all.I have only left a 1 star review because there is no option to leave any less.
Have had poor dental work done at this dentist (had a filling a few months ago and now cant eat on that side) and have had appalling treatment from reception....have rung asking for an emergency appointment for a visiting 10 yr old who has got a hole in their tooth and cannot eat and told youll have to go somewhere else as we are saving all our appointments in case registered patients need one and if you want to register we can see you in 3 weeks! Nice way to treat children!!! Will be moving dentist away from this disgraceful company!!!
Absolutely appalled with this Dentist Surgery. All of the receptionists are incredibly rude. Just tried to cancel my registration, they informed me that as it is not 24 hour notice. I am unable to go back and register, but they did not tell me this before. DefoDefinido not recommend
