My experience with this dental practice was amazing! I previously went to Collingham dentist who wasn't friendly at all! Whereas the Dentist I saw at this practice (I think his name was Lewis) - was extremely friendly, he made me feel welcome. I ended up having X-Ray's and he showed me and explained what needing doing etc. I've booked my appointments already. Great experience!! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Would put 0 stars if i could! Been trying to ring them for 2 days but no answer!! In the end decided to go to the practice only to be told that they dont have any appointments avalible until end of january!! And on top of it all there were no customers in the practice and the receptionists were sitting on their mobile phones. So why are they not answering any calls?? What a pathetic dental practice wouldnt recomend going there to anyone.
I've been with London Road Dental Practice for the last year and a half. My dentist there is caring and takes the time to make you feel relaxed.Today they identified that I needed a filling, and offered to do it straight away.A negative experience at my previous dentist left me very uneasy about having fillings etc. However, my dentist at London Road was brilliant. They took me through the process calmly and clearly and kept me relaxed throughout the whole procedure.
I'm the sort of person that likes to know what's happening to my teeth and the options for treatment. Throughout a recent tooth infection my anxiety when in pain and then at removal of the tooth was treated with patience and understanding. The receptionist rang me to fit me in asap for a prescription of antibiotics and a week later the tooth removed within 30mins. Thank you Team.
Don't bother trying to ring for an appointment as they don't answer the phone. I had to drive there to make an appointment. I was in extreme pain with an infection under my tooth, I had almost completed a course of antibiotics with 1 pill left.My face was swollen, eating was a problem too.I was seen by the male dentist who told me that my dentist was on holiday and I had to wait until she returned. He also said that he couldn't help with antibiotics as I still had one left. I arranged for a telephone appointment with my Doctor who immediately prescribed another prescription for antibiotics and he couldn't believe that the dentist left me in pain. Needless to say that I've gone to another dentist who said that my mouth was in a mess.
