Provided us with a replacement car whilst my wife's mini went in after a shunt. Very impressed with the service of the staff at Newark (in stark contrast to the unhelpful shambles at Lincoln), couldn't do enough to help and put themselves out for us. Really appreciated them going the extra mile. Excellent car and excellent service. highly recommend! Thanks guys :-)
So I booked a van yesterday that they had on the system as available for collection at 8am this morning. Brilliant I paid my money and had the confirmation email, except now they dont have any van and wont have one until half the working day is finished! Oh and it will take a few days to get my money back. They refused to go out of there way to help me because its not there fault. Wow!! I have used these many times when Tom was the manager and Anna worked there. Now they they will be used as a last resort.
We needed a car last minute and the team at the Newark Enterprise went above and beyond to help us. They set us up with the Enterprise Car Club, putting through the application for us as well as phoning customer services to help adding to the overall fantastic service given by the staff here. Cannot recommend enough!
The staff are excellent. They don't keep you waiting I was given all the information I needed. I got a beautiful new Seat Leon. The prices are so much better than other companies in Newark. Thank you to Mandy and Joe. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone that needs to hire a car.
