Just had my Felt road bike repaired and tuned up by these guys, very knowledgeable, friendly and fair prices, much rather deal with these guys who actually have a bit of passion for what they do rather than a large chain. definitely recommend.
Literally was a five star service from the whole team at Newark Cycles. Went out of their way to get our new Raleigh electric bikes to us. Great knowledge but delivered with great humour and enthusiasm. Would definitely recommend them if your in the market for a new bike.
Having recently spent a bit of time at Newark cycles with both my bikes, I wanted to say how impressed I am with them. They are very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly.
