Rachel Parkes and her brilliant team came through yet again and gave our girl a fighting chance at life, and a good quality of life at that. Words cannot describe our grattitude. But if you are in need of a great vet go to Minster Vetinary Practice!! So far they have saved our girl no less than 4 times and our boy twice. Before you ask we do look after them but both come from rescue with their own issues. Minster Veterinary Practice never rip you off and will always be there for the animals first which is the way it should be. Brilliant just brilliant!!!!
Fantastic with all the dogs from helping with health to the final stages
One of my chickens was poorly, and as it was a Sunday, I left a message for the emergency vet on call. I was called back within 5 minutes. The very helpful vet listened to my description of symptoms, gave a summary of what might be the cause, and explained what could be done to make my hen more comfortable, besides explaining treatment options. I'm not yet registered with Minster Veterinary Centre in Newark, and the advice offered to me was entirely free of charge; so there was no financial benefit to the practice in returning my call. I'm grateful and impressed, and will make a point of registering, and visiting Minster in future should any of my hens need medical help. Many thanks!
