Clean, but platform exposed: I would like windbreaks for those avoiding the waiting rooms.
Very helpful staff who help us by changing our advanced ticket, that allowed travel on a specific train that was unfortunately delayed, to an earlier train. They helped us over the bridge and ensured the approaching train waited for us. You made our day.
Charged 13 to park for 75 minutes in the new car park which was half empty! Obviously making different arrangements if I can't avoid the place next time.......
