This place is terrible. I'm disabled and needed a bag at the checkout only to be told ' we don't have any in store' .. For a store this size is completely unacceptable and when they do have them you have to beg for one that one is going to pay for anyway ! ASDA just don't like people who need a bag, in my case as I said, disabled. Minus 5 stars for discrimination and the manager should be hanged in the car park for public viewing.
Staff / Pharmacist are not at all helpful and do NOT listen to what you are saying. I tried to get a prescription filled there on 28.06.2018,admittedly it has a message on there not to be issued before 1st of the month, but as I was going away my Dr issued it early but they would not dispense it because of this message without speaking to the Dr, even when I told them it had been done before and they would see this if they looked back on my records.I would definitely say if you can wait go to another Pharmacy where they listen to you and dispense your prescription,even if it only part dispensed because they did not have the full amount in stock but it was more then enough for while I was going to be away.Again I would say not to use Asda Pharmacy.I tried again today to get my prescription filled a couple of days early but they would not dispense it. I had to go all the way back to the Drs Surgery and get the dr to sign the prescription to say dispense it, round trip of 25mins, I go back to the Pharmacy and only then do they inform me that they only have 2ooml out of the 800ml that I require.I urge you to use any other pharmacy if you can.Also it isn't no use trying to lodge a complaint with Asda Management as all they say is that they cannot overrule the pharmacist!!!!31.12.2018And again Asda Pharmacy have been unhelpful.Took my prescription in & they would not dispense it as it's not the 1st. Even when I told them it had been done a day early last month,which even they could see on their computer, it was an error by the pharmacist who dispensed it and they can only go by what the prescription says???I was not even allowed to leave it to be done & collected tomorrow in case it got lost???Something needs to be said & done with / to the staff & pharmacists as there is NO consistency with what they do.PLEASE use another Pharmacy if you can.
Click and collect was terrible. I was there for two hours. I went to pick up a simple package and i was waiting there for an hour with no staff, halfway through they closed and went to get lunch completely ignoring me, i then went to home on my bike which is two miles away and it hadn't arrived there so i cycled back and it was open but no one even acknowledged me. i went home and had to get my mother to ring in, we finally went together in the car and received the parcel with a 5 pound gift card which was nice but does not compensate for how bad the treatment was.
Staff on self service great.But some of the cafe staff are so rude. They make fun of the customers and think they can't be heard or maybe they just don't care! Pizza is often so tough it's inedible and luke warm as its been lying around so long. and frequently chips are cold.
Good if you go at the right time. During the day it is great. Went at 7pm twice and both times literally unable to get half of what I needed. Second time I put back what I had selected and went to tesco.
