Agency fees for renting were the most I have seen in Newark - we paid over 300 just to move in for two of us. If you need anything doing or questions answering you have to keep chasing up several times. Keys collection and return appointments were very old-fashioned where every bulb and even electric sockets and switches (!) were counted and checked on a piece of paper.. Also list of things to do on moving out were the longest I saw in 6 years of renting from any agency.
