Been with RRR for 5+ years now, I'm struggling to find a single thing they've done badly. Exemplary service all round.
As private landlords, we need to be confident that we are ticking all of the legislative boxes and engaging with the best tenants, whilst ensuring our tenants are able to enjoy their home and have any issues dealt with sensibly and swiftly. We really cannot recommend Nick and Darren at Rent Rent Rent enough! They are super to deal with, very accessible (for us and our tenants), professional and passionate about their business and we are confident and able to relax with them looking after our interests. They are also very practical in their approach and this saves on unnecessary expenditure on maintenance and call-outs. We have tried others, but these are head and shoulders above!

Not recommended. I called to the agency regarding the announcement of the rental 2 hours after the offer appeared. I was informed that I got an answer when I could see the house. The next day I got information that the rental offer was paused and as soon as it is possible you will contact me again. After two weeks I contacted the agency again and I asked about this offer of this house, because it was still on the website and advertising in front of the house. the agency wrote off that someone will live in this house and the offer will not be available. very ugly play of the agency. I do not recommend.
Darren and the rest of the team at Rent Rent Rent were absolutely fantastic in finding my family a house within a short time frame. We were struggling to find a suitable place for a new family, and Darren managed to find us a house in a perfect area for us to raise our son and call Home. Darren was professional and organised, and exceptionally reassuring compared to other estate agents we have dealt with. He was always available by email and phone to help with my endless worries and questions! Also we were so impressed with our check in, everything was to a high standard and now we have peace of mind that we have a lovely home for us to grow as a family. I have recommended them to friends who are looking for homes too. If the time comes again that we need to move, then we would definitely go back to Rent Rent Rent. Thank you Darren.
