This pharmacy has seriously gone downhill. It is clearly understaffed and chaotic . I waited 35 minutes today for a prescription they had dispensed but could not find and this is becoming the norm. Customers were complaining and staff appeared very stressed. I don't blame the staff but the management need to take note and find a realistic solution before they lose more customers.
I can only echo the other reports unfortunately! We have 3 people in our house that have repeat prescriptions and none of them have been either ready or correct since not long after the business changed hands. This is now prompting us to change pharmacies. I hope the Well management are noting and will be taking the required action.

I have used this pharmacy and I am disgusted the way the staff are. There is always a queue and staff are so busy they can't even get to serve the queue. Staff are rude and they never pick up the phone. The old staff were brilliant. I think u need to pay more attention to your business
