It was really good enjoyed the film even thou it was on the kids club as went with my 3 children
Have just been to see Vice today. The cinema was very cold and there was a drunk sitting in our booked seats. He was extremely rude and complained when we politely asked him to move.He then proceeded to drink from his spirit bottle throughout the film, still telling everyone that would listen that wed taken his seats! Not a pleasant experience. This is not the first time this has happened.I doubt he had a ticket. No one ckecks.Does anyone care in this group. We will not return. What a shame.
Disabled Review - based in a little shopping area with a large carpark. Lots of disabled parking, which do not have enough space around for a wheelchair. Can also be a fair walk to the cinema from the furthest point and there are 2 steps up to the cinema from this angle. However, there is one disabled place to the right of the cinema, at the end of the row. It has room around for wheelchair access. Also a ramp upto the shops and cinema in front of the space. There is a Costa coffee within the cinema downstairs. Again good access and helpful staff. There is a lift up to the cinema on the first floor, where you will also find a spacious disabled toilet, screens and snacks and drinks. Wheelchair spaces are as usual in the front few rows. Worth booking in advance if needed. For individuals with walking aids there is also a good selection of seats in most screen rooms on the lower level right in front of the screen. If you can manage a couple of steps, there is a solid banister and most screens have the little wall between the level area and the raised seating area. This can be used to lean on whilst you make your way to your seat in the front row of the raised area. Again worth booking. Staff are helpful.
Seriously pricy, half the time the lift is out of order so best to check first if you can't manage stairs. Seats are very uncomfortable. Could do with an update especially considering the ridiculous price.
Good cinema, however there were two of the ladies toilets open, all others were locked (this has been the case on 3 occasions now) and the screens seem to be either way too hot or way too cold. I know that's opinion, but that's my opinion
