Messed my order up twice in a row, offered me a 10% discount on the third order after 15 minutes on hold. The DEFINITION OF USELESS.
Excellent service quality food
Felt it has been going downhill for a couple of months, but stayed loyal...not anymore....Tonight we placed a order through their App..clearly marked what we wanted.. how etc...paid....first mistake Pizza missing rang up explain wanted the whole meal as a family meal could it be sent straight away, it arrived 45 minutes later...Anyway ordered a large mixed kebab..clearly wrote no sauces in pots please..came covered in sauces....rang up to complain to be told its extra to go in pots... Anyway explained further that it's still on the table un eaten...to be told you already received 10% discount for using the App... we will give you 5 off next order... obviously I'm fuming..asked to speak to manager to be told he doesn't speak to customers...Anyway I explained I wanted a tenner refund and they coukd come get the kebab..Anyway I said he has 10 minutes to Ring me back.. 10 minutes later anew burnt kebab with tubs and a small bottle Pepsi turned up, asked the driver if he was manager he said no, but the orders were wong cos very busy...Obviously I'm.not going to risk eating it...Do not trust them anymore The food used to be spectacular, Fast and correct and of a good quality...lately the kids meal got smaller and the drink supermarkets cheap rubbish...Anyway still waiting on manager call....0 stars for it currently 5 stars for it 4-5 months ago=3 stars
Very good value, lovely food. Thoroughly enjoyed and delivered promptly. Excellent, will be using again.
