I just wanted to thank Officer Jersey for his patience and professionalism, he allowed us to wait a few moments while we waited on family from abroad to come to the gate,he made a stressful situation tolerable.
I have a connecting flight at Newark Airport. Everything is nice EXCEPT they have TV very loud blaring Fake News CNN. I asked politely if the volume can be turned down and was told that it is controlled by Port Authority. When I asked further questions, I was told "Their house, their rules!".
The officers are of no help all except 1. The rest of them are rude and disrespectful. Yelling and speaking to everyone as if they are a child. If you don't like your job get another one! Don't take it out on passengers or people picking up their family.
Why does a government agency indocternate all air passengers with propaganda and lies spewed by the Communist News Network??DEPLORABLE and unacceptable!!
Got into A26, got to bus to terminal B in 1 min. People who barely spoke English told me to get on a bus with a drive who spoke even less English, who said okay. After driving back and forth between A and C for three trips and nearly going ballistic, a worker told me I was on the wrong bus. ALL BUSES SAID TERMINALC HOW THE HELL ARE PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO KNOW! JOKE!
