I have been shopping at this place for many years now. Every holiday, every gift, every occasion in which I need any types of liquor I have not only gone to this establishment, I've recommended it to family and friends. Today, I went there to purchase a few different liquors, I did not get a shopping cart as the ases are too small, and since it's a holiday it gets crowded and difficult to maneuver between the aisles. I let an inexpensive bottle of wine fall, and it broke. The owner charged me for it. Not a hesitation about it. He said he posted signs "you break it, you pay for it". I did not and will never argue in situations like this. It was my mistake, yet I do do not recommend this place as there is no loyalty to a customer who has been going there for years. I had never experienced such an embarrassing situation. Instead of telling me that it was okay, and that he has known me for years, he just said, I have to charge you. I paid, purchased the $100+ that I had chosen, left and WILL NEVER RETURN. Their prices are the same as everywhere else. Their selection is limited. PS: He knows he can return the broken bottom of the bottle and get a refund from the distributor...

Big warehouse with different kinds of liquor at reasonable price
I go to liquor warehouse when convenience is the most important factor driving a visit. Nothing about the variety, prices or shopping experience drives me to shop at this location. Often, there is only one if any employee who can speak English well, and they are all bunched up behind the counter doing nothing. Business owner: if you want good business, improve your ambiance and make your employees work for their pay for once. Whoever is managing ought to address these concerns.
