Liza and Maria were amazing! They made the process as seamless for us as possible from being flexible with our schedules for fittings and then constant communication about the ring post-purchase. We had a pretty unique ring design and they were able to customize and produce a stunning ring that my fianc loved. Given my engagement date, I had a tight timeline for the ring. Nevertheless, they amazingly delivered the ring a week in advance of when I needed it. We are 100% going back for our wedding bands and any other of our jewelry needs. I was referred to W. Kodak Jewelers and can't speak more highly of my experience with them and specifically with Maria. Maria promptly contacted me after the referral and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. This was a big purchase and Maria was never pushy (which you'll often get when dealing with high-end jewelry). I went to multiple stores before deciding to get several items from here. Everyone is really helpful and friendly. We primarily worked with Adelina and she's been attentive to our questions and requests via phone, email and in person. We initially came to buy a watch but ended purchasing more (customized wedding bands and bracelet) from them as we got a good package deal! We also received a good post-sales service as well. Adelina gave us a champagne to celebrate our wedding and helped to resize my wedding band and cleaned my wife's rings for free. Definitely consider them if you are looking for watches or jewelleries. I've recommended W. Kodak to my friends as well.
Maria at Kodak is the best. She is very kind and highly competent. After helping us source and design my engagement ring, our wedding bands, as well as a custom set of earrings, she has our full trust. We wouldn't go to anyone else!
Great service, very friendly sales department. They didn't had in stock the watch I wanted to buy, but they were happy to order it. I got the watch in less than a week in a perfect condition. Make sure to ask for Maria, she's the best!
