Great store cafe and loads of parking
Nicola on Customer Service was rude and passive aggressive when I returned an item. Not the right attitude for dealing with the public and sadly not the first time this has happened. I've gradually gone off Asda. The store is very close to my home but I would now rather walk the extra five minutes to get to Morrisons or shop for essentials at B&M or Co-op.
Discusted. Refused alcohol because I had my children with me and my wife. I produced id yet still refused. I'm 40 next week. Contacted head office to be told, tough that's the policy! Ok so how am I meant to shop for a few beers if I have my children with me? Leave them in the car? Nice one asda, off to Morrisons we go
Please ensure you pay for parking, you get a discount when you arrive at the till.
Attitude from staff and manager is unbelievable. Understaffed on the self checkout. Cant blame the staff for a snappy attitude if they're getting no help from higher staff. Last time ill be using this store. The manager needs to sort himself out.
