Provided lovely flowers for my sister's funeral, were done to a very high standard, and designs were as requested. Only issue was I requested a dozen roses, 6 white and 6 yellow long stemmed for family to place on the casket prior to committal and I think this request was somewhat confused as the roses that appeared were placed on the lettering and were only white, leaving our funeral directors having to remove them from the lettering displays. I reiterated this request several times when ordering as we had a discussion about what the roses were for and that they were not to be decorated with any form of plastic because of what they were intended for. This left me very disappointed with the order as my mother had made this request specifically and it upset her greatly.
