Excellent repair work which has been completed to the whole of my drivers side. You cant even tell that the side has been replaced. The staff are fantastic they are so helpful. A big thank you to Carla she was very professional and always kept me up to date with the repairs!
AW Accident repair centre was the centre that our insurance sent us to. Luckly they came to pick up and also delivered the car once returned. I was kept informed throughout on the stage they were at with the car. I was very annoyed and cannot understand why the repair took so long as it was not a massive repair and it took 11 days from pick up to drop off. I did get a quote prior to going through insurance which was 4 days and a curtesy car which would cost with vat 1000. I wish i had just paid now instrad of the inconvience and the difference it may may in renewal of insurance
My pickup was rear-ended at 50mph whilst I was stationary, this bent the chassis and AW were given the task of the repair. It took 6 months which in turn caused the truck to have many other issue since it sat for so long. The body work, chassis and light repair was good, along with communication from AW and so for that 2 stars. The paint work not so good, masking tape left in situ, paint runs etc. It took so many phone calls, arguments and engineer visits to get all the smaller things fixed - these guys forget that I was the victim and without my truck for 6 months - some of the people I spoke to really need to get some people skills also. All in all I still have problems with my truck, now the differential light is forever coming on, which in my eyes is a pure result of being hit at 50mph, this should have all been checked before the truck was given back to me. I'm tired of dealing with them though, so will get the diff fixed at my own expense.I think if you have a small repair these guys will be perfectly acceptable, but for large scale repairs like mine, I was completely not satisfied.
