Bought a car early December, & full credit during the sale, gave me a really good trade-in price & arranged delivery after they failed to realise the MOT had expired. However, the new car soon developed a serious fault, which I got independently verified before returning the car (which broke down on the way & I had to be recovered to the dealer). I then stated clearly that I wanted a refund; James then made it as difficult as he could to get the refund to me. Despite him having the car & all documents, he ensured the refund took as long as possible to be processed, even lying about when he posted the cheque. Thankfully the AA helped, as he's signed up to the AA Dealership promise.....part of which is an obligation to the Consumer Rights act. He'll probably reply with saying I just didn't like the car, despite me spending money on it for replacement wheel hubs & a rear light.....so obviously, I didn't like it! He's done enough to put me off used dealer's for good.
My daughter had been looking for a small first car. She found a lovely Peugeot. Very reasonable price. Nice runner. Perfect for her.No pressure sales. We would recommend AIM cars .
Absolute pleasure to deal with, Brought a car un seen and asked for a honest view around the car, There was a couple of marks as mentioned by the dealer (9 years old) and was happy to proceed, after updates from James we travelled 228 miles to collect my new car and couldn't of been any more pleased with the whole transaction. This will be the first place to look when i want an upgrade. I could not recommend Aim Cars enough.
Similar to other reviews, wish I had read before I purchased. Bought a car supposedly had been serviced and checked - only to have an issue a week later. Poor after care - supposedly fixed the fault however it kept reoccurring and I was told it was just a common issue with the car. After 6 months of problems with the car I decided to buy from a reliable dealer with exceptional reviews and have had no issues with new car. This dealers are an absolute scam, wont look after you once they have your money.
Part exchanged a car yesterday without a hitch. Very clear cut deal. None of the usual sucking through teeth or scratching of beards. Very pleasant professional owner.
