Do not use this supplier! Delivery of items ordered & paid for on website non exsistent! Ordered eye cream from this website on 7 Jan 19, took them a week to send email saying my order had been completed but item still not been delivered 15 days after placing order! Tried phoning them on several occassions but no one answers & still waiting for a reply to email I sent chasing up my order. Totally unacceptable level of customer service & now going to have to contact my bank to get a refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered two Dermalogica cleansers. Only one arrived. I contacted the seller by email (as they do not answer the phone - have tried to call many times), who apologised for their mistake and said they would post the second cleanser to me. When goods still did not arrive I tried to contact the seller by email, but had no response. Tried to telephone again several times but no answer. After going through the PayPal resolution centre I got a reply saying they were sorry and I would receive the next day., which I have now received. Their Customer Service is appalling and they seem not to be sending out goods when they say they have. I would rather pay more and save on wasted time and stress
Rubbish service, ordered active moist three weeks ago and have received nothing. Tried to call, they never answer phone, should have stuck with logical skincare but these were cheaper and I can see why. Am getting in touch with PayPal for refund. Absolutely disgusting, they shouldn't be allowed to trade!!!
I purchased 2 items for Logical Beauty. I have heard nothing from them. Haven't received my goods and can't get hold of anyone via phone or email. Look at the photo of the shop on Google!!! I have now raised a case with PayPal to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
